MARTYN

Eagerly anticipated new sophomore album from critically acclaimed electronica legend Martyn, and his first through Flying Lotus' label Brainfeeder.

UK and international album launches planned in London (secret location), Berlin (the Berghain and the Panorama Bar, and Paris (secret location) featuring simultaneous exhibitions from Erosie, one of Europe’s most celebrated street artists.

Martyn is working with Erosie on all visuals and artwork surrounding the release, including album artwork.

Martyn’s debut 2009 album ‘Great Lengths’ repeatedly occupied Top 10 spots in end-of-year polls including #2 in Mixmag’s Albums Of The Year chart.

Martyn has an excellent reputation in the European dance world, garnered through previous releases via Tempa, Applepips and Hessle Audio (including his scene-altering remix of TRG’s ‘Broken Heart’).

He has performed at festivals including Sonar, Mutek, Airwaves, Decibel, Electric Zoo, Bestival, Lowlands, Pukkelpop, The Big Chill, Elevate in Austria and Unsound in Poland.

Martyn also made the landmark 50th mix for Fabric.

He has remixed Flying Lotus, Maximo Park, Fever Ray, Tiga, Kode9 and Shed, amongst many others.

Double LP features one disc of black vinyl and one disc of white coloured vinyl.
