Following the success of his 'Crimes EP' on London based, genre-bending record label Lobster Theremin, rising talent Ozel AB delivers the next in the Workshop series. The standard 12” version of Ozel’s 'Workshop 24' release features six superb tracks which appear melancholic and eery in some places, yet ambient and warm in others. Ozel’s use of icy keys, dusty background layers and hypnotising, distant chants throughout the release make for a truly enjoyable and atmospheric listening experience.

The limited version comes with the addition of two bonus tracks in the form of a special 7”. The first of which ‘Daisy Blank’ has more of a club feel about it, with heavier kick drums, spacey chords and a vintage, acid-like bassline. The second of the two bonus tracks ‘Sunfire’ remains beatless for the first five minutes until a mellow kick joins the proceedings towards the very end, which rounds the release off nicely with a truly ethereal feel.
