The label say: Torn Hawk is a the name that video artist Luke Wyatt, (known for his PPU Video Party DVDS and most recently French House stalwart I-Cube's latest "Mega-Mix" video) goes under to record his music. Musically, the world of Torn Hawk lies somewhere in-between slo-mo cosmic balearic sunrise/sunset music, kraut experimentations, or what would be the end titles for some fucked up afterschool drug special. All around though, Wyatt's music feels like getting busted watching scrambled static ridden cable porno in your aunt's wood paneled basement while smoking a pack of stolen Newports. Four amazing tracks on this limited debut release.
